If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent Return & Refund process that complies with global e-commerce standards .


2. Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received .

  • Return request must be submitted within [X days, e.g., 14 or 30 days] of delivery .

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required .


3. Non-Returnable Items 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards 

  • Downloadable digital products 

  • Items marked as Final Sale 

  • Health & personal care products once opened 


4. Return Process

  2. Provide order details and reason for return .

  3. Our team will review and approve the request if it meets policy requirements .

  4. Ship the product back to the address provided .

  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection .


5. Refund Process 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or credit card) within [X business days] .

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account .


6. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account .

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider .

  • If you still have not received it, email us at support@gadgetrox.com .


7. Exchanges 

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us with photos of the issue 


8. Return Shipping Costs 

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping costs .

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
